Orders for
in stock items are generally processed and shipped
within 3 business days. Back Ordered items may take
longer depending on what has been ordered (view details). Summer Infant,
SVAT, and Unisar products are direct shipped from the
manufacturer; shipping timeframes may vary.

Tracking

information. USPS does NOT
provide shipment tracking - only delivery
confirmation. UPS auto generates an email
containing a tracking number to the email address
specified during checkout.
How Long
Does Shipping Take
Visit USPS
(United States Postal Service) online or UPS online to determine approximate
shipping and delivery times. Shipping origin is
Cary, NC 27513. All4Moms cannot be held
responsible for UPS or USPS meeting their shipping
timeframes. If UPS does not meet their guaranteed
shipping timeframe, a refund of shipping charges can be
requested. Because shipping timeframes vary due
seasonal, holiday, and weather conditions, it is
strongly suggested verifying USPS and UPS shipping
timeframes prior to placing expedited shipping
orders.
Return
Policies
Refunds are not offered for non-receipt
of merchandise. A replacement will be
shipped. If shipment is refused, no refund will be
issued and all shipping charges or costs to All4Moms
will be deducted. An RMA is required for all
returns. Shipment will be refused for merchandise
returned without a valid RMA. If an RMA is
provided returns must be post-marked within 10 business
days of receipt, and in original packing. Shipping and
handling fees cannot be refunded. In compliance
with all stated policies, to obtain an RMA,
contact
us via email. A 10% restocking fee is assessed
upon acceptance of all returns.
Free Gift
Merchandise / Free Shipping Merchandise Return
Policy
Free gifts
cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. In
compliance with all other policies, the combined cost of
restocking fees, gift retail price, and shipping costs
are deducted upon return acceptance. Actual
shipping costs or charges as calculated on the site,
whichever is greater, are deducted for all merchandise
originally shipped at All4Moms expense.
Breast Pump,
Doppler & Nursery Monitor Return
Policy
Breast
pumps and nursery monitors can be returned within 10
business days if unopened with the seals intact; a 20%
restocking fee applies. If item was shipped at
All4Moms cost, shipping fees (actual shipping costs or
charges as calculated on the site, whichever is greater)
are deducted from final refund amount. Because
they are personal use items, returns are not accepted on
doppler monitors.
